    Hi Kate! Thank you for your review. We are so sorry you had this experience with your candle! Each of our candles are hand-poured with love, which means the candles all have a slightly unique burning process. Since you are experiencing fragrance issues, please try burning your candle 3 times for 3-4 hours. When a candle’s fragrance isn’t very strong, this usually means the wax has not melted enough to loosen the wick, which emits the fragrance. Also, make sure to keep the candle away from any vents, air circulation, or drafts. Please email [email protected] for additional assistance or with any other questions!

    Papaya Mango

    I purchased this candle several months ago and could not believe how fragrant it is. It leaves my upstairs and downstairs house smelling great. I have waited for them to restock and ordered 4 more of them only to receive the Guava Kiwi. I have contacted them and informed DW Candles of the mistake. Hopefully, they will contact me so I can return them and get the Papaya Mango that I want.
